Back in 2014, Luke Stone founded The Hindquarter. He set out to know his farmers, source locally, and cook everything over captivating, wood-fired grills. It’s a true labor of love.
After a decade of cooking for our community, nourishing family and friends and gathering late nights around the fire pit right here in the Green Mountains, he co-founded Hanksville Grills with good friend Ian Wyatt. Luke and The Hindquarter are now on a mission to bring our original grills to home chefs all around the country.
