The Butcher Shop has evolved into a self-serve, reach-in cooler which is stocked with fresh cuts of local chicken, beef, pork; and occasionally, lamb. The butcher is on-hand throughout the week to answer any questions. In addition, the shop is also offering ‘custom cutting’ for hunters.
If you are in need of a specific cut or custom order, just inquire.
The reach-in cooler also offers pre-packaged dinners which change throughout the week. These dinners include; Shepards Pie, Bolognese, Pozole, Chicken Pot Pie, etc. The offerings change frequently and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
These offerings can be purchased Mon-Sat, 9-6 and Sun, 9-5.
